Allpointe Mortgage Broker Case Study

Challenge: As a 12-state regional mortgage broker, Allpointe Mortgage was successful in states with physical offices, but needed to expand their friendly, knowledgeable advisor image to poorly performing outlying areas.

Strategy: Using a robust, content rich and creative Website as the center of our marketing strategy, we used both traditional media and online media tactics to drive potential borrowers to the website where they would interact with the site tools and make contact with an Allpointe broker. Cable TV, search engine marketing, direct mail, and email marketing tactics were employed in the overall campaign.

Results: At the time (pre-mortgage crisis), the marketing campaign drove a triple digit increase in staff and revenue. Unfortunately, like many brokers, Allpointe did not withstand the recession.
