Raelin Musuraca is versatile and energetic customer experience strategist with twenty years practicing marketing, digital strategy, and user experience. Molded by cross-discipline studies at Carnegie Mellon University, Raelin’s experiences range from successful growth of an Internet advertising start-up to leading dynamic change at a 30-year-old private corporation. She has led multidisciplinary teams in the development of award-winning marketing programs and digital initiatives. Raelin is currently an independent, customer experience consultant based in Pittsburgh and serving clients nationwide.

Most recently, Raelin was Chief Digital Strategist at GatesmanMarmion+Dave, Pittsburgh’s fastest growing advertising agency three years running.  At GM+D, Raelin led Web, mobile and social media efforts with national grocery distributor SUPERVALU, tri-state gaming firm MTR Gaming, national restaurant chain Quaker Steak and Lube, regional grocer SHOP ‘n SAVE, clothing/household retailer Gabriel Brothers / Rugged Wearhouse, as a well additional agency accounts.

Having both agency and client experience, Raelin previously served as Marketing Director of NREIS, a national mortgage services firm. At NREIS she brought together the SVPs of Sales, Operations and Human Resources to launch a Customer Experience initiative created to identify and understand customer feedback at all customer touch-points, design an optimal customer experience strategy, implement training and incentive programs, and install success measures including a customer experience dashboard design. She also directed an internal advertising agency, Sharp Creative, that served mortgage industry partners and external clients such as EDMC, Eaton, University of Pittsburgh, Pitt Ohio Express, ABARTA, and VigilantMinds (now Solutionary).

Raelin had also managed the interactive groups of Blattner Brunner/Lighthouse Interactive and then the marchFIRST, Pittsburgh office. At Brunner she was influential on many high-profile accounts including PPG Industries, SEI Investments, Advisorport (now PNC Managed Investments), Pittsburgh Paints, United Way and Pittsburgh Corning Glass Block. Internally, she was responsible for profit management, recruiting, personnel, quality, and processes as the team grew from 1 to 35. During her leadership, Lighthouse was designated two years in a row as one of the Top 100 Interactive Agencies in the country. Raelin has also been personally awarded a PNC Advisors, Recognition of Excellence for her leadership role in delivery of $2M Web Portal in just under 4 months.
