Selected Achievements:

  • Guided the vision for SUPERVALU, a $44 Billion grocery retailer and distributor, on eConnect, a national Web and Social Media program for more than 2,500 independent grocery stores.
  • Received a PNC Advisors Recognition of Excellence Award for my role in the delivery of $2M Web portal in under four months. I led a UX team including information architects and visual designers in the development of a marketing front end website and transactional banking system.
  • Co-lead an agency team that executed a successful social media campaign for Qdoba, as demonstrated in an Ad Age article within which I was quoted regarding my former agency’s efforts.
  • Supporting The Lucrum Group, participated in the research, strategy, and final recommendations report development for Phase I of Connecting American Manufacturing (CAM), a Department of Defense project created to make it easier for U.S. manufacturers to find and secure DoD opportunities.
  • Increased SHOP ‘n SAVE’s website visits by 60% and quadrupled the email database in a nine-month period. Led the implementation of a multi-prong web, mobile, and social strategy leveraging the Perks Online loyalty program including an integrated e-coupon system, email marketing, event and brand online advertising, and Facebook efforts.
  • Designed Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh’s new patient-family engagement strategy for the web. Completed contextual interviews, personas, navigational redesign, and guided conversion of first critical sections to new design. Conversion of the first section resulted in a 48% increase in unique visitors and a 96% increase in search traffic.
  • Streamlined the lead generation and online enrollment process for Direct Energy’s small business web portal; completed competitive reviews, user experience design, copywriting, and SEO strategy.
  • Led the Brunner, Lighthouse Team (digital team) as the team grew from 1 to 35 and earned the following designations: 2000 Adweek, Ranked 91 of the Top 100 Interactive Agencies; 1999 Advertising Age, Ranked 90 of the Top 100 Interactive Agencies.
  • Graduate program team received an Apple Computer Interface Design Award for SignSpeak prototype. Winning project was covered in Business Week.
